Sam and Ava having a race:-)

Today we celebrated Matt's grandmother's birthday with the family. It was a nice time, it was a little humid but it was fun. The kids had a great time playing with their cousins and running around.
And I unfortunately was injured at work today:-( so I am headed in to the ER to get my back/neck checked out. I am having some pretty severe spasms and cannot even turn my head:-(

Kimball's Ice cream

God has totally answered our prayers! We will be doing the IVIG at the local hospital. I am so excited, I had tried not to think about how much easier it would make things and how I didn't want to get my hopes up, but this whole last few weeks of waiting for the final word, has really been tough and now I have been waiting for what seems like forever and now we know. WE ARE A GO AT HEYWOOD!!!!
So we did some celebrating (well it wasn't planned that way) but hey you know we did.:-) We got to spend some time with some friends, and their beautiful little girl Savannah. Sam and Savannah are so cute together, and Sophia just loves Savannah and acting like a big girl. Dana and I get along really well and enjoy each other's company, and Matt and Ivan get along well too. All in all it makes for some good times when we get together.... So we made our first trip of the season to Kimballs!!! If you have never had Kimball's ice cream, I am sorry that you are missing out. IT is wonderful, and we heard that they are building another one that is even closer to us!!!

Kimball's Ice cream

We went up to Kimballs in Jaffrey this past sunday with Matt's family. Traci and Peter came up from Virginia so we got to spend the evening with them. And of course we enjoyed the delicious ice cream.

Hanging out with Papa. This girl just LOVES him!!! And we do too!

Templeton Firestation

We had such a fun day on friday. I had called the Templeton Fire chief last week and asked if we could come and tour the fire station. He was great and was more than happy to oblige. We had a ton of kids and they all had a blast. They climbed all through the truck and were thrilled to be like real fire men. After that we played at the playground, had a picnic and ice cream from our favorite ice cream place: The Templeton Ice Cream barn. You should try it if you haven't already. My favorite is Blueberry pomegranite, but Sammy likes birthday cake:-)

I scream, you scream we all scream for ice cream!!!

Fever

My poor Sophia is reacting poorly to her vaccinations from friday:-( She actually slept for 12hrs which I thought was great until I picked her up and felt how warm she was. Poor girl was 101.8!!! I gave her tylenol but she still stayed over 101 for the whole day. She has been very fussy and inconsolable. Please say a quick prayer for her that she recuperates quickly.
We gave Sam his first ice cream cone today, he thoroughly enjoyed it.

Playdate with my friends

Sophia and Hazel holding hands. So cute!!!
Today my friend Sarah came over with her two children. Sam and her son Hunter are six weeks apart (Hunter is older), and Sophia and Hazel are eleven weeks apart (Sophia is older). It is amazing to see the size difference or lack of size diffence between Sophia and Hazel. Here I was thinking Sophia was getting so big:-( Oh well she is a PETITE little beauty.

Then this afternoon we went to Matt's parents for dinner and so that Matt and his brother Tim could help move 4 tons of wood pellets!!! We had fun. Sam got to play with his cousins. And we had a great dinner.
